I’m Anaja Ferrell—Ana to most people—and the designer behind Ferrell Designs. I’ve been hand-coding HTML and CSS and designing for the web since I was 12. From 2011 to 2014, I spent countless hours building and customizing my own Tumblr themes. That early obsession with making the internet feel personal never really left.

Today, I design clear, polished websites for Fairfield County service businesses that have outgrown looking generic — remodelers, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painters, roofing and siding, landscape design-build, and flooring companies. A lot of those sites are already live but holding the business back: outdated copy, mismatching phone numbers or hours, services that don’t match Google, pages that contradict each other. Every project starts with one question: what does the right client need to see, understand, and feel before they take the next step?
